The Mamout architecture firm is based in Brussels within La Vallée, which is “a space for creators to work, meet and share”. Sébastien Dachy and Matthieu Busana take advantage of this dynamic environment to call on the landscape architects, artists and ceramists with whom they share the premises for some of their architectural projects.

Mamout is currently working on the new cultural centre in Jette, a project they are starting from an existing abandoned structure, as well as the renovation of a social housing building in Ganshoren. In all their projects, they make it a point of honour to approach the existing structure as a system to be preserved, into which they insert a programme that will adapt over time.
