Who is architecture? To answer this question, the Wallonia-Brussels Cultural Institute of Architecture (ica) aims to reconnect with the public and raise awareness among architectural stakeholders in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation of the value of the architect’s role. Reaching out to a diverse range of audiences will be key, alongside the aim of highlighting the quality of architectural initiatives currently being developed in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
The ica is not a single place but a network of places. Whether they are founding members or partners, there is no question of limiting the scope of these locations. Here too, media coverage is a source of influence. The website, social media and other platforms will take over from physical locations to ensure the mission’s development across time and space.
