After Guillaume Becker and Kobe Van Praet won a competition for a public commission in 2011, they formalised their partnership by setting up their practice, Vers.a, in Brussels.
Vers.a’s design research focuses on three key areas: materiality, structure and form. This was also the case with the creation of an information pavilion and landscaping on the Mariemont estate, a project from 2017 (see a 275). The pavilion perfectly encapsulates their vision of architecture.
