As part of A Talk Daylight, A and Bozar are inviting the Catalan firm Flores i Prats Arquitectes and the Dutch firm Kaan to give a lecture at the Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels on 23 November 2021.

Daylight is one of the building blocks of architecture. As Le Corbusier wrote as early as 1925 in Vers une architecture: ‘Les éléments architecturaux sont la lumière et l’ombre, le mur et l’espace.’ It is precisely with these architectural elements that both Flores i Prats and Kaan set to work – albeit each in a completely different way.
