Under the auspices of the King Baudouin Foundation, A+ has set up a fund for the ‘A+ Next 50’ initiative. Through this, we are paving the way for A+’s future: we are crafting a digital narrative and enhancing the international profile of Belgian architecture.
On the one hand, we are making the entire A+ archive accessible and digitising it for current and future generations. At the same time, we are developing our website into the definitive reference platform for Belgian architecture: featuring even more architecture, more current affairs and more debate. Internationally, we are raising A+’s profile: with a trilingual website, English-language features in two of our five annual magazines, wider international distribution, magazine presentations abroad and exhibitions that find their way to international partners.
We can only realise this ambition thanks to the support of a committed community of architects, administrators, patrons, architecture enthusiasts and exceptional clients: people who believe that preserving, making accessible and sharing architectural history, as well as documenting and promoting contemporary Belgian architecture, is an investment in the future.
You can support ‘A+ Next 50’ with a donation of any amount, which is tax-deductible, to the Friends of A+ Fund. Your contribution will go entirely towards the further development of the website and the international expansion of A+.
