In a multi-unit building in the municipality of Forest, the Croissant project designed by the architects at O.U.V.R.A.G.E.S. goes beyond the expectations of an ordinary commission by carefully re-examining the use and sharing of outdoor spaces.

The story of the Croissant project began with a very ordinary commission. A developer, who had become the owner of an apartment building, hired architects to design an extension to add additional housing units. The request took the form of a well-known typology in Brussels and elsewhere: the penthouse, which offers a terrace and a view to a privileged few.
