System 70 continues the characteristic design of the iconic Gira F100, evolving the design line from 1966 into a future-oriented, modular platform. Four independent design lines – Gira F100, Gira F200, Gira F200 flat and Gira F300 – each have their own distinctive character while being based on the same system logic. This creates the freedom to shape different architectural styles consistently and harmoniously.

All four design lines are available in five colours. With more than 200 functions, the system goes far beyond the classic light switch. Sockets, dimmers, blind controls and Smart Home applications can all be integrated into one coherent design concept.
The 70 × 70 mm functional inserts create a clean and harmonious overall appearance. In multiple combinations, the elements sit directly next to one another, eliminating visible intermediate bars. The result is a fluid, minimalist look that integrates naturally into a wide range of interior concepts.
From conventional electrical installation to Smart Home.
System 70 is designed for the future in technical terms, too. The platform is based on the proven technology of Gira System 55 and combines modern electromechanics with a broad range of applications. Installation is possible as a flush-mounted or surface-mounted version and, with Gira F200 flat, also as an especially flat solution.
This allows System 70 to grow with the project: from a conventional electrical installation to intelligent building technology with Gira System 3000, Gira One or KNX.
