A collection that doesn’t reproduce historical forms but reinterprets them – for the architect who knows the difference.
Barber Osgerby did not begin with an aesthetic concept, but with a fundamental question: what remains of classic tap typologies once ornament and nostalgia are stripped away? AXOR Archivio is their answer: a collection that analyses historical forms and translates them into a contemporary architectural context.

The silhouettes remain familiar: bell-shaped rosettes, subtly curved spouts, cross handles with white inlays referencing traditional hot-cold markings. These are not literal quotations but carefully distilled references, fully integrated into a minimalist formal language. For a more expressive accent, lever handles offer a sculptural alternative within the same design logic.

For the architect, the collection offers broad applicability: from three-hole and single-lever mixers in various heights to wall-mounted basin taps and freestanding bath taps. Both concealed and exposed solutions are available for the shower. All models are available in the full AXOR FinishPlus range that invites contrast or a refined tone-on-tone composition.

Whether for a renovation or a new-build project, AXOR Archivio is a collection that holds its own against existing architecture and a blank canvas alike.
