Vogt is a firm of landscape architects located in Zurich, London and Berlin. Since its establishment in 2000, it has worked on numerous projects throughout Europe. In partnership with prestigious architects and artists such as Herzog & de Meuron, Peter Zumthor, Olafur Eliasson and Norman Foster, Vogt creates projects in which nature is both the subject of the study and the material used in it. The firm’s refined work is characterised by its attention to detail and choice of materials. Günther Vogt, the founder of the bureau, has also been a lecturer at ETH in Zurich since 2005. In December he will make a guest appearance in the architectural review A+, which is bringing out an edition dedicated to large expanses.
