A+ launches networking events in 2026!
A+ is expanding its activities with a new series of networking events for professionals in the Belgian architecture and project development sector. These events bring architects, project developers and decision-makers together in an informal setting, with the aim of stimulating encounters, knowledge exchange and new collaborations.
These events will take place at carefully selected locations, combining in-depth discussion with opportunities to meet over breakfast or dinner. Each event will tie in with the themes covered in A+ magazine.
The first event in this new series is a BREA+KFAST in the context of issue A+316 – ULTRA+ FLEXIBILITY (published on 2 February). The event takes place at Frame, a recently completed project that closely ties in with the central theme of this issue. The project Frame won the Brussels Architecture Prize for “Major Intervention” in 2025.
Adrien Verschuere (Baukunst), architect of the project, will talk to architect, architecture researcher and critic Carla Frick-Cloupet (Léquipe). For A+316, she explored the concept of flexibility by looking at the renovation project of the Centre Pompidou in Paris in relation to the original design.
The event takes place in the presence of Audrey Henry (State Secretary of the Brussels-Capital Region, in charge of Urban Planning, Spatial Development and Public Cleanliness) and Sarah Lagrillière (Deputy General Manager of Urban) and Gilles Delforge (Director of SAU-MSI).
