Adrien Verschuere has been head of Studio Baukunst at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne since 2019. EPFL Architecture is the university-level architecture school in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Studio Baukunst is conceived as an investigation into the archetypal elements of architecture in light of the challenges of our time. By interweaving the contemporary and the fundamental, a framework is created in which critical reflection takes place on what architecture could be today.
